How we handle your personal data under the GDPR.
Who we are
This site is owned by TODO_LEGAL_NAME (Tax ID TODO_NIF_CIF), registered at TODO_ADDRESS. You can contact the Data Controller at TODO_EMAIL.
What we collect
We only collect personal data you voluntarily provide:
- Contact form: name, email, phone, and your message.
- Booking form: the above plus preferred date, service type and project details.
- Quote calculator: collects nothing. All input is processed in your browser and never sent to our servers.
- Language preference: stored in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie). Never sent anywhere; can’t identify you.
What we use it for
- To reply to your enquiry or quote request.
- To schedule and deliver the painting service you request.
- To send the automatic confirmation of your message or booking.
We don’t use your data for marketing or sell it to third parties.
Legal basis
Your explicit consent when submitting a form (GDPR art. 6.1.a), combined with the performance of a (pre-)contract when you request a quote (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed to reply and, where applicable, deliver the service. After that, we delete or anonymise it — unless a legal obligation requires longer retention (e.g. invoicing, kept up to 6 years under the Spanish Commercial Code).
Who else sees it
Forms are processed by Formspree, Inc., a US-based processor that participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, making the transfer lawful under the GDPR.
We make no other transfers to third parties unless required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD, you have the right to:
- Access your data and obtain a copy.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Erase (“right to be forgotten”).
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Port your data to another controller.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to TODO_EMAIL. If you feel we’ve mishandled your request, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
Changes
We may update this policy at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
